Our History
My name is Randy Hammer formerly of Hammer's Towing now Tiger's Towing. I have over 30 years of experience in the towing industry as President-Owner, Operator, Dispatcher, Wrecker Fabrication and Master in Automotive and Truck Repair. My Wife Karrie and I currently operate out of our facility located at 111 South Kendall Street in Battle Creek, Michigan. Karrie maintains the office environment holding various administrative functions and/or duties. We currently have a diversified fleet of 4 flatbeds, 3 medium duty wreckers and 2 heavy duty wreckers which enables us to perform a wide variety of services. We are an established reputable service provider in being that we provide towing for the majority of the local dealerships, repair facilities, State and Sheriff, Emmett Township Police and in 2009 selected as the #1 Preferred Towing Company for the City of Battle Creek Police Department rotation list. We are an accredited business being part of the Better Business Bureau (BBB), as well as, a participant with the National Federation of Independant Business (NFIB). We have also made several donations/contributions to local agencies and/or organizations which include but not limited to the following: Pennfield Schools new elementary playground, several athletic donations to the Battle Creek Knights Basketball and Pennfield Schools, and the "Ultimate Party" held yearly for senior graduates. We have also been active participants with the "Cereal City International Festival of Lights Parade" held yearly by the Harper Creek Optimist having one several awards for best appearing Christmas float with our flatbeds. Participants in the Monster Truck shows having provided several vehicles for crushing and removal of disabled vehicles. Participants in the Local Fire Prevention Programs with "Recognition of Outstanding Assistance with Fire Safety and Prevention Education". Provided vehicles for extrication practice to various local fire departments.
